Birth Certificate VerificationNevada Youth Soccer
Every player who plans to participate in the National Championship Series must have their original birth certificate verified by the State Registrar. This only needs to be done once during a players lifetime while they play in Nevada.
Please bring your original birth certificate to the state office located at 2605 South Decatur Blvd. #114. Our office is open from 10:00am – 3:00pm weekdays. Verification only takes a minute. The birth certificate must be original. We also accept passports and drivers licenses, nothing else.
To check to see if your player has already been verified, have your team administrator log into gotsoccer.com and look at your player in the team roster. If the mark next to the Date of Birth is yellow with the symbol of a lock, the birth certificate has been verified and you do not need to do anything else. If the mark is a blue V, this states that the birth certificate has been checked by another entity, but not our State Registrar and you will need to come in and verify your players birth certificate. If there is no mark, you will also need to come and verify.
Please feel free to contact us if you have questions.
